What is item upgrading in Pokemon Go?

This calculation determines the latest Armor Class bonus, damage dice, and other crucial stats. In some cases an upgrade may grant additional perks. These perks are listed on a table.
Rarely, the advantages acquired will cost more than one perk slot to acquire In these cases the upgrade will replace the most expensive perks. Success Rate
